Chooose to enable Phillips 66 to streamline SAF delivery and distribution

As sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) continues to play an important role in decarbonizing aviation, the need for more efficient and accurate delivery processes, distribution, and documentation is critical. Today, we’re excited to share that Phillips 66, a leading SAF producer, is deploying Chooose to integrate core SAF operational workflows, streamline distribution, and deepen collaboration with airlines.
This agreement enables Chooose to connect its platform with existing internal SAF processes and systems employed by Phillips 66. The Chooose platform is actively in use by airlines globally to manage their SAF programs. This integration will result in a more consistent, efficient transfer of SAF environmental attributes from producer systems to downstream customers. Chooose can now help Phillips 66 to scale SAF delivery with greater accuracy and reduced manual effort.
Supporting SAF growth
As part of its broader sustainability and growth commitments, Phillips 66 has taken meaningful steps to accelerate its SAF production. These include the conversion of their California Bay Area refinery to a full renewable facility, Rodeo Renewable Energy Complex and SAF supply agreements, which support aircraft operators’ transition to lower carbon fuels.
By deploying the Chooose platform, Phillips 66 can strengthen these initiatives. Phillips 66 gains a scalable, centralized system for managing its growing SAF distribution — helping reduce administrative load, increase operational efficiency, and provide seamless documentation.
What this means for producers and suppliers
This integration will deliver tangible operational benefits for producers like Phillips 66:
- Product and environmental attribution documentation and fulfillment tracking
- Automated creation of product transfer documents (PTDs)
- Shared access to documentation with airline customers
Chooose can help Phillips 66 and other producers collaborate more efficiently with airlines, helping to minimize operational lift while creating a better downstream procurement experience for airlines and their corporate buyers.
What this means for airlines and corporate buyers
For airlines already using the Chooose platform, connecting with producers like Phillips 66 becomes more seamless — with direct access to real-time delivery statuses and documentation, and better management of SAF Scope 1 and scope 3 environmental attributes.
Airline and corporate buyers benefit from:
- Integrated access to SAF deliveries and attributes
- Improved data accuracy and less manual data entry
- Consistent and detailed documentation, including PTDs
- Support for transparent, traceable Scope 3 SAF transactions
This connectivity further simplifies SAF program management from offtake to inventory management and distribution to Scope 3 buyers — all using a single platform.
