Air Canada has announced a partnership with Chooose as its new carbon program partner, integration options to support certified climate projects directly into the airline’s Canadian and US booking websites. This allows customers to learn about their estimated CO2 emissions and take action on the environmental impact of their flights during the booking process on aircanada.com.

Aeroplan member benefits

Air Canada’s loyalty program members can also redeem points to support climate solutions using the Aeroplan e-Store, adding another layer of convenience and engagement for eco-conscious travelers.

Even if booking through other channels, customers can estimate their flight’s CO2 emissions and support climate solutions at any time by visiting Air Canada’s dedicated landing page.

Prioritizing sustainability

The climate projects supported by Air Canada’s new program contribute to major sustainability initiatives both in Canada and internationally. These projects align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Climate Action, and Life Below Water.
